2024年8月1日(木) 連日の厳しい暑さの中、看護学部教員28名の参加のもとで、第１回「My Premiumを語る会」が開催されました。この日は、直前に膨大な情報が配信された研修会もあり、教員たちはやや疲労気味でしたが、教員ラウンジでゆったりと参加していただいてます。
今回のテーマは、「共同研究のお誘い！私の研究実践・研究シーズを聞いてください！」です。
成人・老年看護学部門の杉本幸子先生から話題提供がありました。
司会の森努先生と学術委員会委員長の黒田るみ先生のやさしいお声で癒される中、開始しました。
まずはじめに、杉本先生が取り組まれている「薬局で活動するファーマシー・ナースの役割とファーストアクセス機能としての有用性」の研究活動について紹介がありました。共同研究のお誘いもあり、参加された先生方は、地域の薬局での看護実践活動や研究に興味・関心をよせています。
口演の後は、近くの参加者とともにフリーディスカッションです。それぞれ先生方の専門分野との共通点や相違点などを考えながら、地域での看護実践について、多職種連携としての意見交換も具体的にされました。また研究活動として、すでに共同研究のご経験のある先生方も多く、さまざまな方策についても意見が出されていました。全体で共有しきれなかった点は、学術委員会での課題としていきたいと思います。

Ｔhe 1st “My Premium Discussion Meeting”
On Thursday, August 1, 2024, amidst the relentless heat, the 1st “My Premium Discussion Meeting” was held with the participation of 28 faculty members from the School of Nursing. Although slightly tired from an intensive workshop earlier in the day, the faculty members comfortably attended the event in the faculty lounge. The session began calmly under the gentle guidance of the host, Dr. Tsutomu Mori, and the chair of the Academic Committee, Prof. Rumi Kuroda.
The theme of this session was “Invitation to Collaborative Research! Listen to My Research Practices and Seeds!” Ms. Sachiko Sugimoto, an assistant professor in the Department of Adult and Gerontological Nursing, provided the topic for discussion. She presented her ongoing research on “Roles of Pharmacy Nurses working in the Pharmacy and their usefulness as a first access function.”
Additionally, Ms. Sugimoto extended an invitation for collaborative research, which sparked interest among the attendees in nursing practice and research activities in local pharmacies. After her presentation, a free discussion ensued among the nearby participants. They reflected on the similarities and differences between their specialties, shared specific opinions about nursing practice in the community, and discussed interprofessional collaboration.
Furthermore, many of the faculty members had previous experience with collaborative research, and various strategies were suggested. Items that could not be shared during the meeting will be addressed as tasks for the Academic Committee.
