Mission Statement
Fukushima Medical University was established with the aim of educating and nurturing healthcare professionals who contribute to the promotion of health and well-being of Fukushima residents. At the same time, as a research institution we are mandated to disseminate and apply the findings of our extensive research for the wider national and global society.
Healthcare is an earnest endeavor in which all healthcare professionals join hands and sincerely face the issues of life and health of all people and pave the way for their future; the foundation that should underpin it is profound consideration for the dignity of individuals and high ethical standards.
Fukushima Medical University is dedicated to the comprehensive promotion of education, research, and healthcare as the core values of our institution based on the following principles.
