The number of returnees in such places as Hirono Town and Minamisoma City is expected to increase with the lifting of the evacuation order. In this project, we implement on-demand courses targeting public health nurses and radiation consultants, centering on Hirono Town, and communicate with local government leaders or school teachers to bring into view the training of key residents in each community in risk communication skills.Based on risk communication activities in Hirono Town, the public health nurses, residents, and specialists in other sectors in Minamisoma City and other areas are also targeted to implement risk communication activities with consideration of methods for coping with risk and for decision-making.
